Starvation Reservoir...?

Does anyone have info on Starvation Reservoir...? It looks like it might be worth the trip.

Windy Utah, summer of love 2006

Troy Jorgenson, Starboard vagabond reports that Millsite and Huntington, where he lives/camps/works just goes off. He's of sound mind, having lived next to Grantsville many years. He's been there for a couple months working construction, call him Monday, lord knows he'd like to hear from the faithful. 801-573-5641

Troy is Yuba/Junction trained, sails alone at Ken's Lake in Moab all winter and says there is an even better spot 60 miles south of Moab, "Recycler" or something near Monticello.

Meanwhile Jim Southwick isn't riding anything wider than a mt bike tire, having seen him last riding Strawberry Resevoir ridgeline at 9200 feet singing "Kumba Ya"...
