Sulfur looks like the best bet for PM rides in the 8.5 range (for windsurfers).
Potential for gusty DC late morning to early afternoon also 8.5.
Probably the best when it comes up, then getting rapidly gusty/holey.
And despite what NOAA says, I think there's good potential
for Kiteable conditions at Lincoln and ULSSB from about 4 till dark.

Tomorrow looks very similar,
