6 for 6 at Skyline

Postby windzup » Thu Jan 11, 2007 9:50 pm

Took today off to let it snow...

....after 6 days of straight riding at Skyline. Almost everyday had rides in the 15-20 mph range from the S - SW. Friday thru Wed between storms.

That place rocks. We were on 6-10 meter foils most of the week.

It is worth the drive everyday! Terrain. XC. Big Air. Its all there.

Saw more out of towners than locals... that doesn't make sense to me?

Everyday takes off 5 years off life....I'll be a newborn soon.

See you up there after the freshy pow-pow dumpage.

BTW - Last week I saw Kenny clear the hill... he was as high as the big boys over the hill and very impressive hangtime. Its awesome that our backyard spot is turning locals into heroes.

I love that place....where has everybody been??

The wind was up!

Brian,

We all wish we were there with you. I am planning on heading there tomorrow if the forecast stays promising. We may need a snorkle just to breathe in the deep fluff.

I agree that the drive is worth it, work gets in the way.
