Where to Ride 6/8

Postby Craig Goudie » Fri Jun 08, 2007 8:52 am

Chance for PM Windsurfers at Sulfur huge gear, chance for Kite boarders
PM at Rush.

This is one of those days when I'd usually say no wind
(high pressure rebounding the 1st day after a front, plus dominant
high pressure over Colorado). That makes for a global Utah
gradient from East to West. Usually that's a wind killer except
for Rush. So today, I'm also calling for a possible Kite board sesh
PM at Pineview, which I'm coining the low effect ;*). Post if you
got wind up there, so I can add that as a data point.

Tomorrow, looks planable at Sulfur and DC
Sunday looks pretty strong at Sulfur, and Monday looks like a
Kite board kinda day at UL launches.

Craig,
If the clouds don't build and kill it.
I think it would also be good Windsurfing at windsurf point, not just kiteable.
I wish I could be there to test the "low effect".
