G'day Mates

I wanted to invite the Members of the Utah Windriders Association to the Utah Summer Games Regatta. To be held Saturday June 16th 2007 at Deer Creek Reservoir. Registration and Skippers meeting will be 10:00am at the Sailboat Beach Pavilion, registration includes Summer Games t-shirts for entrants and medals to be awarded. A post race dinner is scheduled for 5:00pm. If you would like to participate in the Summer Games, call me at 801-815-2521

The RACECOURSE: I met with Josh Shirley at Deer Creek last weekend to layout a wicked cool racecourse that would be fast and challenging for Windsurfers and Kiters! The racecourse will be in full view for spectator enjoyment, so bring your friends and family to watch, I think they'll be thoroughly entertained!

Each year the Utah Summer Games hosts thousands of athletes participating in 56 registered sports during a two week period in the month of June. I'm proud to say the Utah Sailing Association is host club for one of only two Utah Summer Games events held in Northern Utah! We're fortunate to have this event right here in our own back yard! This is a great opportunity for us to showcase our Sport representing Sailing in the Utah Summer Games!
