bear lake

anyone know about bear lake? i was thinking kiting saturday with hopefully some south wind. i like to camp there and have read from kenny and les that the south or north beaches could be kite friendly? anyone in? what about sunday? north at bear lake?

Ya I kited north beach yesterday the 14th...it's fickle but I was cruising with my 12m bow..winds were side on changing to completely off by nightfall...it's shallow and sandy for aways out so I rode in the offshores for a bit anyways..awesome beach wind is soso but fri and sat afternoon and night are supposed to be ok..utahlakeview.com has a webcam on it check it out!
