This weekend was interesting for me, because I haven't sailed around kites for at least a year.

Out of interest I checked that forum. Interesting article. Which ended up linking me to an even more interesting article.

This is a catelog of kiting injuries and deaths, what happen, when, where, and why. This is a really good idea.

Also there seems to be a lot on shallow water. Many incidents of jumping in shallow water (they defined shallow as less then 6 feet) legs, arms, ribs, necks, and other body parts being broken.
