Best bet still looks like the North end of UL. Potential for Windsurfers
and Kiters. Probably late afternoon and big gear, but it's the best bet
for the next 3 days. Kiters be aware of the possible thunderheads
which may cause dangerous gusts in the PM (and some rain).

Tomorrow looks like typical monsoonal flow windless except for the
thunderheads.
