Sulfur is the best bet for cold (but mostly sunny) 7.5 rides PM.
Otherwise, the Lowe effect might give Pineview a Kite kick PM.
Slim chance for a late light thermal at DC, look for that around 4 PM if
it happens.

Tomorrow looks like a Deercreek kinda day. Sulfur good also
(but still in the upper 50s). And an AM sesh at Grantsville.

Thursday looking good for steady North wind at all UL locations
for Kiters and Windsurfers.
