Windy today (and tomorrow), but pretty cool with some rain. Today, Kiters should get gusty NW wind at Rush from
morning to Night. With the West component probably any size Kite will work (or not depending on how full your glass is)
but it'll probably average out about 12M. Windsurfers can get cold rainy rides at DC early. Look for South 7.5 around
11AM, but it will get gusty quickly and deteriorate by about 3 or 4 PM. Late afternoon looks like planable conditions
for Kiters or Windsurfers on a light North at all UL launches. Figure 7.5 to 8.5 M sails/15M kites, and I don't think it'll be very
good until after 3 PM.

Tomorrow stronger North wind at Rush and UL, but even colder and rainier. Might get down to 4.5/9. West wind
also good at SUlfur if you like sailing in the snow.

Friday looks like a classic planable Lowe Effect at Pineview
