Halloween Snowkite Roady report

Postby windzup » Thu Nov 05, 2009 5:33 pm

Heather and I loaded up the Ozone van for its first Snowkite Roady of the winter. Chased the big storm from our backyard up to Montana. 1700 miles and 5 days later we were back. We hit every mountain spot on the way, checking conditions, exploring and jonesing to ride. From Skyline, to Vernal, to South Pass, to Big Horns, to Togwotee pass & to Monte Cristo. Found snow every where except Monte, so the game is on!

Long story, with good photos of the conditions at each spot.

Brian,

Thanks for sharing. This time of year, it is impossible for me to break away from work for more than a day at a time. Thank you for some vicarious snowkiting
