My Zephyr serial number is one also.

Guess I better contact OzoneUSA today,
don't want a bladder failure while in South Padre.

I called and got my bladder on the way.
If you are needing replacements don't wait,
I got the sense that they will be running short on bladders when the news hits the mainstream.
You will need to pay shipping.

Thanks for the heads up Marty, I will pass it along to anyone I know that has purchased an Ozone this past year. It affects a large number of our kite sales from them from early this year.

I'll see if we can get a batch of bladders shipped to Windzup to avoid shipping costs and to ensure we have bladders for those that were sold.

Bummer to hear you have to pay for shipping, that doesn't sound right... a true warranty should cover shipping from the manufacturers end.

It's the 2011 kites with the new single boston valves,
and the early batches only.
Vern has 3, 2011 and only 1 was in the recall.

Beware of the box that automatically tells you that your bladder is good or bad. Mine went through just fine, but according to the schedule, it's bad. Just to check, I entered an incomplete serial # and it said I was ok. So, not really trusting the system.
