I wanted to join the Skyline Crew, but after our long winter and short spring, my honey do list was very long. Had to get in a quick session. The north fighting the south winds often sets up a little stronger albeit puffier thermal at Lake Point and Burmester. Yesterday was classic with 15 mph wind that wasn't gusty but a little holey at times. Rode nicely powered for 90 minutes. Enjoyed the views of the Oquirrh range and ever present hovering sea gulls. The point of the Oquirrh mountains definitely helps funnel the wind. I stopped at the GSL Marina on my way out and the wind was only blowing 7 mph there.
