The Mud puddle formerly known as Rush, 15M

Rush is getting small, but it is still ridable. Arrived around noon to south wind that was up and down. It filled in after 30 minutes and I rode for a couple hours well-powered. I took the fins off my board, so that I would not get hung up on weeds or mud. Water was glassy with no moss floating on the surface. Had to walk a ways through the mud flats to get to the water. I am glad I bought a jug of water to rinse off with after riding.

kenny I saw fresh tracks today when I also was at Rush now I know who it was. I arrived at 5pm and wind was 10-25 with holes and gusts. Pumped up the 13 bularoo went from light to lit. Lake is definetly getting smaller reaches with North or South wind. Finally came in after 1.5 hours as I started to have some big gusts from the east hit hard then calm and drop kite then jerk it straight up. takes some of the fun out of it when that happens...still enjoyed some fast short reaches now if I can only get that Rush mud smell out of my board shorts..
