4/16 Craig's Where to Ride

Residual North winds at Rush and UL PM. Look for 8/16M conditions at Rush from 3 until 6,
then look for a potential dinner sesh at UL South launches in the 8/16M range from 6 until dusk.

Tomorrow, looks like 8/16M conditions PM at DC.

Friday Grantsville AM and DC PM planable conditions.
