I guess 3 good days in a week is too much to hope for. I hit Stringtown about 3:30 Saturday. The wind wasn't strong so I set up my 16m Waroo. I went out for some downwind frustration. There were a few times when I was sufficiently powered but for the most part, it wasn't there. Oh well. Someone said they saw a kite on the water earlier. Maybe it was better then.
