1-22-09 Skyline - Wind & Rain

Rain at Skyline. Good wind, with fog that made visibility tricky. Surface sucks. Can't believe it rained all day at 10,000.

Currently raining in Mt. Plez at 6,000 feet. Hope it gets cold soon and starts to snow to redeem this ugly mess.

Diddo at Lake Creek, except I would call it very wet snow.
and we had some trees and sage brush, to help from disorentation, at the spot we picked out.
On the south wind, we rode more Heber Mtn than the open draws.

Marty,

What trail head are you parking at and how many miles in on snowmobile? What general forcast/weather conditions are needed for that area to work? Thanks.
