Mona ....A little bit of everything!

Pulled in at 12:30 to clearing skies after some showers. Noboby was there so I waited a while. As the skies cleared the wind picked up and I went out on a 13M Ozone. It was a little west and offshore at the boatramp and a little punchy. After 45 minutes or so there were dark clouds coming from the southwest so I went in. Jon and Jeff Wanwarring were there rigged up and ready to go. We waited a while and the clouds turned out to be a dust storm. I tried the 13 again but it was too much...really ofshore and gusty. Jon and Jeff took off and I went out on a 9m thinking this might be too small but I was totally maxed out...might have been good 7m. I went for as long as could and got in while the gettin was good. Jason Klien and a freind were headin out as I left. Hope tommorrow brings something steady!

I had the late shift at mona with craig G and Curtis D. Wind was roughly 20 to 33, punchy kind of gusty. We were fully lit on depowered 10s. I don't scare easy kiting, and I was a little bit scared yesterday. Curtis was planning on trying out the board for the first time yesterday, bit ended up just body dragging. Wind calmed down a little in the 7pm range and we finally got some fun rides in.
