It was a wonderful couple of weeks in the Gorge. The first 10 days were the best wind, then it got hot, and the wind got light, and a couple of days there was not wind at all. We pulled out our 6's several times to get the rides. Mostly sailed the Hackery, Doug's, Swell, and easterlies @ Stevenson.Saw a lot of Utahn's on this trip, having a good time, I know it's been a while for Dimitrie and Matise, they were all smiles. I guess the gorge makes everybody smile.

I've been wanting to see Herman the sturgen, for about 10 years and finally did that....he was impressive. It'a also been a long time since I've done the Oneonta Gorge, it is higly recommended on a hot day, and it's absolutley gorgeous!

Kited up to the Hatch to see the Surfrats,
doing some intense riding, of the picnic table...
More kites at the Hatch than windsurfers that light wind day,
then it shut down, and I headed for home.

Good to see you guys, even if it was only a wave from the water to the beach.
