I got there at 7:00 to already strong wind. The wind was a sail size stronger than on Thursday with sail sizes ranging from 5.7 to 6.0. Like Thursday, the wind was streakier and had more holes than a normal Grants morning wind, probably because of the nearness of the front. We started out sailing corner to corner, which is unusual in the morning and more like the afternoon winds. It made it a lot more work sailing but the wild rides on the strong wind lines were worth it. Once I switched from the 85L sinker to the floatier S-type 115 I started having a lot more fun. John, Mike, Josh, and June joined me for the morning sesh. I expected an after work sesh but the front came through10 hours earlier than they had originally predicted scrubbing that idea.
