Upside, it was mostly clear and sunny in spite of driving through rain and lightning to get there. The downside, it was so up and down and gusty that it was hard to have any fun. Lulls 10 mph, peaks 35. Stuck it out 1.5 hours and was worn out. I should have rigged a smaller sail but it was hard to get on a plane on the west side (knockdown on the east).

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
