1/02 Monte Cristo 12m Frenzy

The wind was pretty good out of the north when we first started, but it only lasted about an hour. The snow wasn't so bueno. It was pretty sticky because of the warm temps and trying to get any speed up was a real workout. There's lots of sagebrush traps still and there really needs to be more snow out there. The best part of the day was the sled ride over from Blacksmith Fork. Its about 15 miles and most of the terrain will be really fun if it ever fills in.

Thanx Marty...speaking of more spots up there whatya think about this area? 41.4968°,-111.493° it looks like it would catch wind from all sides and its not too far off the main snowmobile trail (SR39).

We went there once last year,
on the map i saw it as Buckskin Fork.
We need to hit it more to find the wind possibilities
