Wind wasn't too good. But David and Peter were up in the hills to the east. So, I knew it has to be enough for a big kite. Jason, Sarah, Linda and Jim showed up not long after. The 13 was enough for some good rides. The snow on the west side isn't that good. Deep holes and cracks all over the place. But the powder is deep enough to make it not an issue.

Peter and I had the best day of our lives out on the east gliding hill. We bothe rode 17m,16m Waroos that were nicely powered for
over 4 hours. Peter got his first REAL glide today where he maintained a good 30' for the length of a football field EASY :oo . I was reported to
pull a 40+ foot hovering glide off the top. Not sure if it was acurate but I remember beeing so high I didnt want to look down. It was awsome to
have that much snow, it really gave us the security to go huge, at least in our book.

David and Peter- Dude, you guys are stepping up. I'm stoke for you guys. I'm going to ride with you guys next time. So, I can watch you guys. It's so cool to watch your friends charge thru the powder and going big. See you out on the snow field soon.

Awesome! Now that you guys are getting high above the ground, I hope you are checking our your gear carefully (I am sure David is as he saw me plummet).

Yeah, make sure your lines are in good working condition before you attempt any jump!

Yeah I check my lines every time I get home now. The problem is what exactly am I looking for? I look for frays and
skinny spots in the lines, but what else should I be looking for. I think I should invest in a real set of lines from Slingshot.
