Rode up to the marina in with Trevor and Madison. Waited for something to happen for over an hour.
Big wave Dave showed up and eventually led us out to the far end of the lake at the mouth of the canyon
where we were getting good lite east gusty winds at about 3:00. Our hour and a half session was the true meaning of desperate measures.
The multilayered snow was exsausting to ride and wind was hard to find. One of us hiked out, one split boarded back and I got
lucky to make it back on 17m Waroo with a deflated strut bladder, but that is what we all expected before we moved out.
Riding new spots is almost as cool as riding with newly met friends
Hope to ride wit you again Dave.

Fun afternoon despite the hike out. At least the drive wasn't in vain. I was just happy to see you made it up that far-side hill without getting dragged across the barbed wire fence!
