2/14 Lake Creek and Silver Meadows 12M

3 days in the Uinta's
Yesterday we found a hole in the clouds to ride 9m for a while.
at an unnamed spot.

Sunday we rode Lake Creek early, on a true north wind,
that allowed us to kite even more new terrain.
When we stopped for lunch, we decided to see what the wind would be like at Silver Meadows,
it has a more northerly facing draw to funnel the wind.
the wind was nice, the snow was nice, the terrain was nice, and, the sun was shining.
bluebird day in the mountains, I love mountain kiting.....

Silver meadows, looks like lots of sled tracks, but they were only where we rigged.
We needed some to keep from sinking in when rigging.

Marty, if you're trying to make me jealous as a payback for the Hawaii stuff,,,,,,,,,,,,, it's working.
