Jordanelle has been good to me lately. I've had five sessions there in the last month. Yesterday was decent southerly with corn snow surface. With the south wind I can ride a cove which is like and ampitheater with hills on both sides. There's some technical riding, going up between the concessions and pavillions which is fun. And then there's fast cruising on the lake. With this warm weather I'm not sure how much longer the ice is going to last. The main part of the lake is open water and it moved in some from last weekend. There's a 100 foot wide spit of land sticking out into the water and I tacked out onto that. It was a cool sensation to be riding on snow, surrounded by water.
