Arrived at Strawberry River around 11 and the wind was coming from NW. Not a lot of wind, but saw some beginners were able to get their kite up. So, I set out my kite and rode for 2 tacks before the wind starts to switch and died. Determined not to get skunked, I moved down to CC East. almost similar condition, but a little better wind. Again, start with NW and switched to SW. It was picking up gradually to lower teens and Pete showed up at the right time. Rode for 1.5 hour on the lake and tried couple of glides. Wind wasn't strong enough for my 13 meter. But it was fun riding the lake. Hope we get a lot more snow this coming few days. :)))
