Utah Summer Games kite racing???

Any kiters planning on racing this saturday? Just trying to see if there is any interest. I will be setting a course that will be fun for all. It will be a kite course-slalom race. We will have two classes. Raceboard class and twin-tip class to ensure fairness. I will be racing the SUP events in the am and racing the kite event later if the wind cooperates. If there is no interest I won't bother setting up a course. Medals given for both men's divisions and the women's division. The SUP races will be spectacular!!! There will be demos as well. Should be alot of fun. The kiters have DC pretty wired and if there is wind it should be pretty exciting. We just need racers?? Who's in??? I am making a list below:

I'm in for the course racing. It would be fun to race with the windsurfer. it's doesn't have to count.

I'm going to sit back and watch the twin-tip boarders race.

I will have kites for people to demo and to use for the race.

The event is postponed to July 10th.

I think they are a little gun shy after last year's hurricane! I will be in Powell though.
