Centered ow pressure, cold air, and moisture are not a great combo for wind in Northern Utah.
After Kenny's Rush lake post, the truly desperate mud boarder could get cold rides at Rush PM in the 60 (maybe)degree air with huge kites.
Tomorrow looks equally windless and still pretty cool.
Tuesday looks like a planable Deer Creek Thermal.
