I made all the wrong moves today. Sat and watched frozen unsure of what to rig 6 or 7 no… 8 oh wait 7! By the time I finally made up my mind and got the 7.0 ready only a few planeing reaches were left from the first push then lots of slog. Gave up and rigged the 8.0 got a few planeing gusts and then slog. I decided to give up in disgust. Loaded the gear and wham the goods came in again. Sheesh! I guess at DC I’m back to rig big on my best guess size and rest stop when necessary. The sure thing at DC is if you wait the wind will change.

Variable at IB. Got some solid rides here and there, had a wedding so left at 3:30. Gotta say it was fun but the power boat factor is getting annoying.
