Jordanelle at 5pm had smooth south wind, one kiter had it all to himself, looked like he had boat support. wind calmed at 6.30pm...went for a sup lagoon ride not expecting any wind...

Showed up to DC with my 13m five line and my 17 because I knew that there wouldn't be much wind...or not! Billy was kind enough to loan me his C4 13m. I rode past the island goofing around enjoying the wind. The kite boosts really well and handles gusts admirably. It seems to have found a good blend of turning speed and power. It left me with enough confidence in the pool to jump without fear of getting dragged to shore. I think I was out for about 2 hours with a big ol grin on my face.
