7/03 Bear Lake 16m Big Board

After a long dry spell, (2months) without kiting, I was finally able to get out and try it again. There was a north breeze most of the day, but not enough to kite. Finally, late in the afternoon,it bumped up a bit so I gave it a try. Bear Lake is way up compared to usual and because of that, and the flat beach with sand bars, I was able to kite on smooth water 1-2 feet deep, or go out on the swell. It was big fun. I went well beyond the point where I was too tired to kite board but couldn't stop because of making up for lost time!
