Wow, you can either go to the Hood or come to Bear Lake. I have had 3 sessions in 2 days. (Granted, they have been short sessions but sessions never the less.) Tonight I got another north wind. BTW my 13m kite is a Yarga Hybrid so it is about the same as a 11m Waroo. The wind peaked out at 35mph. Anyway, I was over powered to begin with but it settled down a bit and was great fun. The swell was really big and lots of fun.

Bear Lake is pretty awesome... The Buzianis can tell you that!

I was there last weekend for a family reunion... Unfortunately I couldn't bring my windsurf gear cuz we carpooled. I did bring the 13m instinct... Flew it a little bit in light wind over by Ideal beach on fri... Just enough wind to get it airborn for a sec.

I WISH I'd brought my sailing gear because it NUKED for 2 hours on Thursday evening (actually right when we arrived was nuking) a bunch of us seriously BOOGIE BOARDED the waves coming. Of course, I didn't set up the kite... But I would have sailed 3.7 for 2 hours... Although rain was part of the menu.

It still doesn't mean that I wasn't looking over the west mountains to where I really needed to be...
