Craig's Where to be Desperate 9/29

The song remains the same. Dominent High pressure stagnates the air over all of Utah. The center
of the pressure system has moved farther East and might allow enough clockwise rotation to get
a few planable puffs at DC around 3 PM. And that's about as good as it gets for the next
3 days.
