A lot of moisture in the air with T-Storms will keep most winds too squirrley to be much fun.
Grantsville AM looks 6.5 now, DC has a chance for SW wind in the 7/14M range from Noon till 6,
but only if the Sun breaks out, so keep a weather eye out, Willard might have PM planable 6/12M
conditions on a sun break, or wait for drier days.

Tomorrow more rain and windless

Thursday, still more rain and windless.
