The IR looks like a lot of wet air out there today, and that doesn't help the wind quality,
unless you get a glancing blow from a T-Head. The best bet today is DC. Look for that
to be up around Noon (maybe 11 AM), and don't expect it to be good for more than an hour
or so. Much will depend on whether you get a sun break at just the right time (or not).
The low 60 degree air temps will seem cold under mostly cloudy skies, but 7.5 will be the call
for what wind you can get.

Tomorrow actually looks sunnier, but windless (in Northern Utah), and Tuesday does not
look like much wind either.
