Weather links outdated

The NOAA weather links for Skyline, Powder Mt., and Strawberry Res are outdated. I don't know how to update or I would. Anyone has the power to update, please do.

The Links to Powder Mt and Strawberry Res appear to be functional. The link to Skyline does not appear
to have any weather station associated with it (if it ever did), I've updated that link with the closest
approximation I have to the parking lot, but the closest wind meter is the Price airport, so take that into consideration. There is a UDOT station called SKY, that looks pretty close, and I've added that
here's it's location.
