The high pressure is pretty dominent, and night time temps aren't getting that cold, so
the best bet today is still DC for planable puffs around 4 or 5 PM in the 8.5/16M range,
and probably best down by the dam.

Tomorrow and Thurs look similar, but Friday might give you a last blast at DC as a weak front
dissipates into the high.
