Well, I take it back; maybe one more time. 4 mph stronger and lasted at least an hour longer than yesterday. Wild rides on the 6.0 all morning in +20mph winds. I used the 85L Sonic for the 1st hour and that little screamer made the lake seem a lot narrower than yesterday. It also broke my rule of not using a sinker when the water is frigid. I switched to the 115 S-type when the wind lost its steadiness and had a blast for another 2 hours. Only went down once when I got yanked on top of the sail in a gust. Kept the head from going under so it wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t want to be in that water too long as it filled up the wet suit pretty fast. 52 when I got there and 60 when I left. Sweet day.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
