UWA Phone Line

I'm unable to connect with the UWA wind report phone line. Anyone else got this problem?

yeah, I know... sorry... It's a free line... Free has some costs. Working on it.

It looks like Tellme Studios discontinued their free SIP to VXML hosting on November 12. If anybody knows of a free or cheap SIP to VXML host, let me know.
