12/26 Sunday, Uinta's 12M

Matt and I planned on just sledding.
At the last second, we packed our kites.
The east wind opened up new possibilities for us.
We didn't have to travel very far to find an open ridge with wind.
Fun hill, that we carved up for a while.
Then after the wind got light, we sledded till almost dark.

Peace, Matt

Nice!

East wind is very rare around these parts in Utah. I'm stoked you scored it with freshies.

East wind open more terrian because most part of the east faces are treeless.
