Arrived around noon to light wind. It strengthened a bit while I rigged. Rode for a few hours well-powered. My ribs are still sore after crashing last Saturday. I sure was glad to have an old Dakine seat harness. Other riders have told me that a seat harness is "gay." Of course, I have been told that about foil kites and not wearing board shorts over a wetsuit. Light wind riding in general is considered to be "gay" as well. Not to mention that there were only two male riders on the water today - guess we will have to call it my gay day in LA. Not that there is anything wrong with that...
