I hit Pineview today for about 2 hours from 10-12. It was windy over the entire reservoir and not just the narrows. Launched at Cemetery point. Wind was only about 10mph most of the time but that was about perfect due to the surface conditions. It looks like all of the snow melted the surface down to a smooth surface and then in the last day or two a couple of inches fell but didn't bond to the ice. It was hard to lean real far over without losing your grip and my ski's are very sharp. The wind dropped off once but quickly came back up. I was moving fairly fast and went from fully sheeted out to fully sheeted in once or twice. I could have handled more power but my ski's wouldn't hold it at times.
