Plenty of old n new faces out at udot today. Calvin spent some time skiing around on his own then he went for a kite on my back for a hour or so, We rode 10m fuse (so sick!!!) in till nap time, I went back out and had a another couple of hours on a nice smooth soft corn snow! very nice for Udot since we have not had snow in a while!!

showed up around 3:15 to see billy flashing his t1ts for a cameraman. pulled out the 14 and spent the session lit with a lot of big floaties. spring-like conditions with nice corn snow. Wind was high teens to maybe 20. started to get a little gusty after 5.

Hi Dave,
Welcome to Utah Windriders. UDOT is a small field off US 40 by Home Depot in Park City. Get off the Silver Creek exit and head east. Turn right at the first intersection and head south on the frontage road. Go past Home Depot and a mile or so on the left is the Kite Location. There is some sort of cattle enclosure by the road and you'll see the tracks on the snow from riders. It's kind of flat and small but a nice beginner spot and good for a wind fix from time to time. It's surrounded by fences so be carefull.

Thats funny,
Udot was my first snow ride a few years ago and was convinces that, that was it...
that the real deal. Glad I stuck with it to see and do a great deal more with what Utah has to offer.
