I made it my top priority this year to share the stokes with my friends and try to bring a friend when the forecast is not that great. Seeing that the viewing area will be cleared in the afternoon, I proposed to my friend that we can go give it a try and maybe do some snowshoeing if the wind didn't show up. After I pulled into the parking lot and setting up for the potential wind to show up, the wind died completely and then switched direction. Peter's car got stuck trying to get in and after helping him got out, the wind changed to northwest and I took out my 13 meter Frenzy. My friend was out snowshoeing and I rode for about 20 minutes in the soft, slushy snow before the wind died.

Didn't get to show my friend how to fly the kite. But she is stoked. The way I see it, the more friends we can get into the sport, the more potential buyers for our used gears, and more people to ride with. Make it a point of sharing the stokes with your friends. 8)
