Looks like we had about as much luck as the kiters. Rigged and ready to go at 1:30 with G-3 out on his kids rig getting a lesson on how to uphaul and stay balanced in choppy boat wakes. I jumped on what looked like a promising wind line around 3:00 but not enough to to get my 8.5 going. Left around 4:00 with Duane K, still staring at the dam waitng for those elusive white caps to appear. Any body know what`s up with the Deer Creek predictor? It`s been down for over a week now. We`ve gone to DC three times since last Saturday and every one was a bust. Good old Grantsville has produced wind for us for the other four days this week.
