Light joy. Good time tonight. I was riding one of my 3B Glide Killers 148x48 with big fins, and 11.5 Best.

Got there around 4:00 and it was awesome lit 13m. Rode for about an hour then stopped to take some pictures. By the time I went back out it was getting pretty light. After packing up, the wind came back up a little. Kiting going on past sunset.

Very nice return to Utah kiting. 90 degree air and 85 degree water. Toasty. Was a little optimistic and rigged 10m. Rode strapless surfboard for awhile and tried doing some strapless airs. Can at least get the board out of the water now. Landing them is the next step. Came in and rigged up 14m and went out with the raceboard for a drag session with Jake to SSB and back. We dueled hard to windward exchanging the lead several times. Took a spill so Jake arrived first. We both tried to enter the SSB honey hole with Jake going down and me crashing into him. Our kites tangled but we managed to free them and raced back to ULLB on one long broad reach. I got there first. It was a sweet evening!!
