A light afternoon breeze out of the southwest (mostly less than 10, with gusts into the mid teens) was good for occasional big gear planers. Carl's formula board/11.7m^2 set up was clearly the way to go.

Rigged up. Sailed around. Milked a few planers. Came back to where I started without swimming. Also came back without more pieces and parts than I went out with. Pleasant.

ps Jim showed me the back cover of the new Windrider, nice shot of Tiffany Ward, local girl living large.
