Planable North winds at Rush and UL, but with max air temps in the low 50s and some
lingering rain showers you'll want to blubber up. Look for 14M conditions at Rush from 10 AM
until 6PM peaking at 2, and 7.5/14M conditions 11 until 6 peaking at 3 at UL
launches with Saratoga Springs park favored for Windsurfing, and Lincoln Beach favored for
Kite boarding. Cloudy conditions AM give way to some sun and some clouds late afternoon

Sunday, DC should get going PM for a couple of hours of 7.5/14, but air temps up there
will only flirt with high 50s.

Monday, warmer, and more planable conditions at DC.
