Last blast of summer up here in the Pacific Northwest. Took Doug and Sam out to Lincoln City for a big wave-light wind beat down. Three locals all on Turbines joined us. Ten foot wave faces kept Sam and Doug on the inside while I tempted fate with on some meaty clean lefts and a few pitching rights. The wind was steady but I paid some dues climbing the white water. Lost my board twice but got it back at the beach so no big deal. A fun day with a good pucker factor. Nice way to end the season. We all want more.
